Leadership Academy
Leadership Academy. It only takes a day to transform a child's life. At the beginning of the day, half of this room would not call themselves a leader. Eight hours later, everyone identified themselves as a leader.
Leadership begins with self awareness and a vision for a compelling future. Once these kids understood this, they realized that we're all leaders.
